From across the wood
to where we once stood,
lays the Raven's feather
where we were together.

I remember that special place
with me in your warm embrace.
Surrounding us the raven
in our own secret haven.

You would  reveal a  hollow smile,
We would try to make it all worthwhile.
"Come meet me and escape
through the bush to the forest gape.

You grab me tight in a hug,
"I'm addicted to you like a drug."
The Raven watches amuse
as you spread your dirty abuse.

Intoxicate me with those dirty eyes
how many girls have you told these lies?
I hate that stupid smug
of your's, you filthy thug.

The sound echos, Thwack.
My cheek stings from the smack.
"Shut your lips."
You take my hips.

You smirk at my dismay
with your lips that went astray.
You grab my waist
as you take my lips in a haste.

"I hate you, I love you."
the feelings are all so true.
The raven laughs with a croak
as the love explodes to smoke.

The memories from  over there
when we kissed as the Raven stare'
All those times, it was just an act
I thought love was a pact.

All is left is  my heart
broken and torn apart.
I sigh and face it,
I hate to admit

how love is blind
but my heart is twined,
to your's forever and ever,
but I'll hate you too, forever.

~My Masquerade~ For the world I am displayed; They always watch but cannot see through my masquerade. I feel every moment fly; My heart is beating, pulse racing, breath held as I lie. When we were young, we believed. In myths, in legends, in stories beyond the wildest imagination of the best story teller in the world. Tomorrow always held surprises, new stories, and new worlds for our imaginations to explore. Everything began with 'Once upon a time' and ended with 'Happily ever after.' We lived in a land where we all owned pet tyrannosaurus rexes, maybe a few dragons, a sword that rivaled Excalibur and faeries and pixies, who just happened to make great playmates. Fae food for some reason always seemed to be so much better than your average meal, and who needs an adult to talk sense to, when you could have a talking lion?

When you are two and five and ten you are unaware –– of the cactus in the windowsill, how, fragile, each quill bends and breaks and falls apart.–– Twelve years later, on a Tuesday, you dream about a boy who bumps his head on an iron slate and you wake in a cold sweat. You are twelve when you are always bumping shoulders. Twenty-two years of Thursday. There is nothing at all. And you wonder (and you wonder why) each time you wake. I spent a while on this poem. It's funny I've gotten over my writer's block and now I'm writing the weirdest peoms. Origanlly I was trying to write about a rave, then it turned to a love story, then a love-hate story, then an abusive boyfriend story, to a cheating boyfriend story. O_o Anyways thanks for reading, faving and commenting.
